Details are shown below so you can see the different types of apartments we have to offer as they become available. As you'll notice, we only have studio and one-bedroom apartments for rent.

Parking is often available in the basement garage of a neighbor building for an additional fee. Price, terms and availability are subject to change.

Location

Our courtyard-style building at 719 Medio Street is a half block from Ocean Blvd. We are in a nice Long Beach neighborhood convenient to Belmont Shore, a short walk to the beach, and 4.5 miles to CSULB.

Pets

We accept some cats with an additional deposit; please ask about your kitty before you move in. Sorry, no dogs.
